At Lu’la, we aim to ensure your order is processed and delivered to you as smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, such as product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship across Australia.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can track your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather disruptions, or high shipping volumes. Lu’la is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Lu’la is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
